A person shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for not more than two months for the crimes of Nos. 1, 2, and 5 with prison labor for each of the crimes of Nos. 3 and 4 in the holding.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On August 8, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to four months of imprisonment by the Incheon District Court for the crime of injury, etc., and the judgment was finalized on October 2, 2014, and the execution of the sentence was completed on December 8, 2014.

1. From around 2004, the Defendant: (a) from around 2004, entered into a de facto marital relationship with C and D et al.; (b) resided with C; (c) upon the death of C on August 10, 2013, the Defendant was willing to independently inherit C’s property, such as the name of C, to process D’s personal seal impression, seal imprint, etc.; and (d) transferred C’s vehicle under D’s name after having received D’s personal seal impression, seal imprint, etc.; and (c) had expressed the said vehicle to transfer the said delegated vehicle in the name of E or a third party, the Defendant’s wife.
Accordingly, around October 21, 2013, the Defendant entered “D” in the “automobile transfer certificate form” column using the computer as staff H of the G Certified Judicial Scriveners Office located in Geumcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, through the computers, and marked “D”, “automobile registration number K, model, and name string, October 20, 2013,” “K, car model, and name string, the date of sale,” “D”, “D” in the name column of the transferor, and marked D’s seal attached to the Defendant’s name.
Accordingly, for the purpose of uttering, the Defendant forged a motor vehicle transfer certificate in the name of D, which is a private document related to rights and duties, and around that time, used a forged motor vehicle transfer certificate as if it were a document to be duly formed, and forged and used a total of six motor vehicle transfer certificates as shown in the annexed crime list.
