A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On June 2, 2014, the Defendant was demanded to respond to a drinking test by a slope victim D (years 40) belonging to the traffic control department of the Busan Police Station while driving CM7 vehicles on the front of the CM7 vehicle in the CM7-dong of Sammun-gu Kim Jong-si, Kim Jong-si on the road.

The above victim, in order to conceal the fact of driving under the influence of alcohol in the vicinity of the defendant's entrance, proceeded with the speed of the above vehicle, and attacked the right side of the above victim with the front door of the driver's seat and escaped.

As a result, the defendant carried dangerous articles and interfered with the legitimate execution of duties of police officers concerning the crackdown on drinking driving, and thereby, the above victim suffered a elbow blue room which requires approximately two weeks of medical treatment.

2. On June 3, 2014, at around 00:15, the Defendant damaged public goods: (a) listened to a war-free liaison with the traffic control line of the Police Station Kim Jong-dong Police Station that there was a vehicle that runs away and refuses drinking control as prescribed in paragraph (1) from D; and (b) checked the Defendant of the F patrol lane; (c) during the course of the escape through the one-way and the Han-west, the Defendant discovered the patrol vehicle that was urgently posted at the Stshing Police Station G box of the Stshing Police Station while the Defendant stopped the vehicle driven by the Defendant to escape in another direction; and (d) reduced the front part of the patrol vehicle driven by E to the back part of the Defendant’s vehicle to repair the patrol vehicle that was driven by shocking the front part of the 351,811 won.

3. Violation of the Road Traffic Act (MM7) driving a CM7 vehicle under the influence of alcohol with a blood alcohol concentration of 0.069% from the 70km section of approximately 70km to the national highways located in the 38 mncheon-si, Gandong apartment parking lot located in Kim Jong-si, Gan-si, Kimyang-si, Kimyang-si, as set forth in paragraph (2) of this Article.
