1. Defendant A shall be punished by imprisonment for 10 months, and by a fine of 1,00,000 won, respectively.

2. Defendant B is the above fine.

Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A

A. On August 10, 2014, at around 00:06, the Defendant was demanded to respond to a drinking test by inserting alcohol into a drinking measuring instrument for about 40 minutes, while drinking alcohol on the side of the vice egin 5rd apartment located in the Young-gu, Kim Jong-gu, Kim Jong-gu, Kim, a slope belonging to the traffic control division of the Police Station in the Police Station, while driving a vehicle for CWha EOS2.0, Kim Jong-gu, the Defendant was in a significant reason to recognize that he was driven while under the influence of alcohol, such as smelling alcohol from the Defendant, drinking alcoholing from the Defendant, walkinging on the face, making a breath and red-lighting on the face.

나. 범인도피교사 피고인은 2014. 8. 9. 23:56경 위와 같이 술에 취한 상태로 김해시 대청동에 있는 퀸빌 빌라에서 같은 시 삼문동에 있는 부영e그린5차아파트 앞 도로까지 약 500m 구간에서 C 승용차를 운전하다가 경찰공무원이 음주단속을 하고 있는 것을 발견하였다.

I will change the job later,” with the consent, and caused B to sit in the driver’s seat, and caused B, who is under the influence of alcohol, to have the police officer in charge of drinking control, make B make a false confession as I driven the said vehicle.

Accordingly, the Defendant had B, at the same time and place as above, moved B from the front to the driver's seat as if he driven the said vehicle, and made a statement as if he driven the said vehicle to the above slope D under drinking control, and instigated the offender to escape from the alcohol alcohol measurement.
