A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On February 2014, the Defendant: (a) committed early February 2014, the Defendant: (b) stolen a transportation card (F) owned by the victim Hegel on his hand, using the gaps in the E hospital No. 9517 located in Jongno-gu Seoul, Jongno-gu, Seoul E Hospital No. 9517, by taking advantage of the gaps in which he was the victim B; and (c) stolen the victim’s transportation card (F).

2. On February 2014, the Defendant: (a) committed a crime in February 2014, the Defendant: (b) committed a theft with a 16,00 won in cash belonging to the victim; and (c) one wall carrying out a 16,000 wall containing a transportation card, in front of the library of the Seoul Central District Office located in 110 as the Sejong Central District, Jung-gu, Seoul; and (d) by taking advantage of the cresh in the cresh in which the victim G installed a bicycle and carried the bicycle on the bicycle.

3. On March 7, 2014, around March 7, 2014, the Defendant: (a) committed the crime, around March 7, 2014, at the second floor data room of the Seoul Central Library of Seoul Central District, located in the 110-gu, Jung-gu, Seoul Central District; (b) committed a theft with a 70,000 won amounting to the market price consisting of a victim’s foreigner registration certificate 1, a driver’s license 1, a new bank check cream card 1, and a wall 70,000 won.

4. On March 12, 2014, around March 12, 2014, the Defendant: (a) committed the crime, around March 12, 2014, cut off one bank, including Samsung gallon cellular phone in an amount equivalent to one million won in the market price owned by the victim, which was set under the victim’s growth; (b) around March 12, 2014, the Defendant took off one bank, including Samsung galthoart cell phone, two cellular phone distribution stations, and one charging lot.

5. On March 16, 2014, the Defendant: (a) around March 16, 2014, at the performance hall of the citizen office located on the first floor underground of the 110 Seoul Central Office, Jung-gu, Seoul, Seoul, the Defendant left one bank, which includes 30,000 won in cash owned by the victim C; (b) one resident registration certificate; (c) one head of the national bank; and (d) one bank card of the national bank; and (c) one of the above bags, which are placed adjacent to the victim’s will; and (d) one set up in the lock toilets.
