Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. The Defendant, around November 5, 2018, posted a letter stating that he/she sells game money to the Internet Game AG on or around November 5, 2018, and if he/she deposits KRW 210,000 to the victim JI who reported and contacted such notice, he/she will sell the game money.

However, even if the defendant receives money from the victim, he did not have the intent or ability to sell the said game money.
The Defendant, by deceiving the victim as above, received 210,000 won from the victim to BM bank account (BN) under the name of the Defendant for the sales proceeds of game money in the same day.
2. On December 20, 2018, the Defendant posted a false statement stating that “AG 1.00 billion AZ (game money) will be sold by accessing the online game AG,” and that “AG 1.00 billion AZ will be paid if money is transferred to an account known to the domestic public,” to the victim KS who reported and contacted with it.”
However, in fact, the defendant did not have the intent or ability to sell the game money even if he received the money from the victim, because he was planning to use it for living expenses, etc. with the money received from the victim.
As such, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim, received KRW 40,000 from the victim to the BA account on the same day, and took over KRW 2,00,000 from around that day to January 23, 2019 as stated in the separate crime list, by remitting KRW 2,00,000 as the proceeds of selling game money to the victims 15 times in total, as shown in the separate crime list.
