1. Defendant D and E are each indicated in the Attached List 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6 among the land listed in the Attached Table 1 List to Plaintiff A.

Basic Facts

Plaintiff

On or around April 23, 198, Plaintiff A purchased 1,911 square meters F. F. 1,911 square meters (hereinafter “Plaintiff A’s land”) in Namnam-si around April 23, 198, and followed up to July 28, 198, the current status of two neighborhood living facilities and detached buildings located on the ground of reinforced concrete structure and the current status of two neighborhood living facilities and detached buildings on the ground.

Since then, on January 25, 1995, Plaintiff A newly constructed a building No. 1 (E Dong) of Agricultural Products Storage on the land owned by Plaintiff A, and on February 6, 1995, building No. 2 (A Dong Dong) of Agricultural Products Storage on the Ganyang Gaon Gaon Gaon Gaon and G Dong) on the land owned by Plaintiff A, respectively, and completed registration of preservation of ownership.

Plaintiff

On the ground of A-owned land, there are building No. 3 (C, D) of other reinforced concrete, sloping roof single-story housing and neighborhood living facilities (C, D). This was the registration of ownership preservation in the name of G on November 25, 1996, and on May 12, 2004, the Plaintiff acquired the ownership on the ground of donation.

The location of each building shall be as follows:

(2) On March 3, 2014, Plaintiff B leased the building C-dong from Plaintiff A to March 2, 2015 (hereinafter “instant building”). In order to operate a sports product shop, the Plaintiff leased the building C-dong from Plaintiff A for the period from March 3, 2014 to March 2, 2015, with a deposit of KRW 20,000,000, monthly rent of KRW 5,000,000, and the contract period from March 3, 2014.

The Defendant’s position is adjacent to the Plaintiff’s land owned by the Plaintiff and the land indicated in the attached Table 1 List (hereinafter “instant land”) is located. Defendant C purchased ownership of 8/11 of the instant land from H, I, J, and K on September 4, 2013. Defendant D inherited 3/11 shares of L on the instant land due to inheritance by agreement division as of November 2, 2013, and completed the registration of ownership transfer on April 13, 2015.

F Defendant E was delegated by Defendant D with the authority to use and manage his share on June 2, 2015.

The plaintiff A, in the course of the dispute between the parties, is the building of this case on the land owned by him.
