A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

except that the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Criminal facts committed on June 27, 2018

A. On June 27, 2018, the Defendant forged private documents: (a) around 12:00 on June 27, 2018, the Defendant stated “E”, “G”, and “E” in the column for customer registration of mobile phone subscription presented by F, an employee, as the employee, in the column for customer registration of E’s resident registration certificates; and (b) signed “E” in the subscriber column.

Accordingly, the defendant and B forged a new application for entry into a mobile phone in the name of E, which is a private document related to rights and duties, for the purpose of exercising them in collusion.

B. At the time and place indicated in the “A.” Paragraph, the Defendant and B used the forged mobile phone application form as if they were duly formed with the F of the staff in charge of “D” who knew of the forgery.

C. The Defendant and B conspired to submit an application for new entry into a forged E mobile phone as described in the “A.” to the victim F, who is an employee in charge of being aware of the fact, as if the application was completed normally, and thereafter, caused the victim to open one unit (I) of the E in the name of E-M-G965K 256G mobile phone at that time, and received one unit of the mobile phone device from the victim.

2. Criminal facts committed on June 28, 2018

A. On June 28, 2018, the Defendant forged private documents: (a) around 12:00 on June 28, 2018, the Defendant stated “E”, “G” and “E” in the customer name column of the application for mobile phone membership presented by L, an employee, as the employee, that B had stolen his/her resident registration certificate from “K Burial”, and signed “E” in the subscriber column.

Accordingly, the defendant and B forged the application form for new entry into a mobile phone in the name of E, a private document related to rights and duties for the purpose of exercising them in collusion.
