A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

(2) In L, L used N’s driver’s license that was kept for the opening of a mobile phone without N(21 years of age)’s consent for the purpose of uttering, “P”, “N” in the customer name column, “S” in the date of birth, and “S” in the bank/Account Number column, “N” in the bank/Account Number column, “N” in the subscriber name column, “N” in the subscriber’s private document form, and “N” in the subscriber’s private document form. On the same day, M submitted the forged application form with the non-employee of M’s name.

At the time and place mentioned in the above paragraph (1), the Defendant stated “T”, “N”, “ Q,” “S,” “S”, “N,” “N on the bank account number column”, “N on the bank account number column”, “N”, “N”, and “N” on the part of the subscriber’s private person, and submitted an application for N’s entry under the name, “N,” which is a private document for rights and obligations, to the employees under the name of M on the same day. On the same day, the Defendant submitted a forged application for entry in the name, “T”, “N”, “S”, “N”, “N” and “N” to the subscriber’s column.

B. (1) On February 9, 2018, the Defendant: (a) written application for subscription of the Model LGM-V300L (name LG-V30) stored in the tables for the purpose of handling affairs using NGPC's driver's license that was kept for the opening of a mobile phone at Jeju-si B; (b) around February 9, 2018, the Defendant entered the entry number column into Q, Q, address column, and Q.***; (c) “U” in the entry number column and “N” in the entry number column and “N” in the entry number column and “N” in the subscriber column; and (d) enter the name subsequent to the date of application into “N”.
