Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The Defendant, along with X, BG, and H, conspired to borrow the above land as security by forging his identification card and seal impression certificate, etc., which is the owner of Ilyang-gu, Busan Metropolitan City BI, BJ, and BJ, with no long-term change in the right.
