A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On August 2013, at around 19:00, the Defendant: (a) went into and intrudes into a 1st floor door door door door door to the victim C residing in Busan Jin-gu, Busan at around 19:00; (b) and (c) went into the door door to the Dopp door, which is the victim’s market price, owned by the Dop as soon as possible by the stairs, was stolen.
