A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. At night, the Defendant, at around 04:0 on December 27, 2018, destroyed the victim C’s residence in Kimhae-si, Kim Jong-si, where the Defendant: (a) opened a panty in which the surrounding surveillance was not opened with a cresh and entered the victim’s residence to the first floor; (b) intrudes into the victim’s residence; (c) was stolen by inserting a single panty panty in an amount equivalent to KRW 10,00,000 at the market price of the victim’s ownership, which was suffering from the victim’s panty on the top of the first floor; and (d) by inserting it from the above date to February 19, 2019, the Defendant stolen the victims’ property in total amounting to KRW 2.30,000,000 in total, nine times in total, as indicated in the list of crimes (1) in attached Form 3.
Accordingly, the defendant invadedd the victims' residence at night and stolen the victims' property.
2. At night, the Defendant attempted to larceny a victim’s property, as described in the attached Table of Crimes (2) in the following manner, from January 1, 2019 to February 2019, the Defendant attempted to steal the victim’s property, as described in the attached Table of Crimes (2) in the following manner: (a) in the house where the victim E is living in Kimhae-si, around 04:00, the Defendant: (b) opened a gate where the surrounding surveillance was not locked with the intention to steals women’s panty; (c) went into the victim’s residence; and (d) went into the victim’s residence through the stairs; (d) but (e) went away from the date and time to February 2019, the Defendant attempted to steal the victim’s property as described in the attached Table of Crimes (2).
3. Intrusion upon residence and theft;
A. On February 13, 2019, at around 15:00, the Defendant: (a) opened a gate in which the victim G was living in Kimhae-si, Kim Jong-si, with a view to stealing women’s panty, and opened up to 1st floor without being locked by a cresh of the surrounding surveillance; and (b) intrudes upon the victim’s residence; (c) put the victim’s panty panty in 10,000 won at the market price of the victim’s possession, who was suffering from the panty flusium, into the Australian machine.
