A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Night theft;

A. On August 2, 2016, at around 04:30 on August 2, 2016, the Defendant: (a) committed a theft with the victim’s panty 1 market price equivalent to KRW 30,000,000, in front of the victim C’s residence; and (b) had the victim’s panty panty market price, which was immediately affected by the victim’s flasty, through an unrecing flasing flasing flascing flascing flascing fla

B. On August 10, 2016, at around 05:34, the Defendant intruded into the victim C’s residential marina, and stolen the Defendant’s female panty market price equivalent to KRW 30,000,000, which was the victim’s panty market price, for female panty owned by the victim, who was suffering from the flasing of clothes at the place specified in paragraph 1(a).

C. On August 11, 2016, at around 03:03:03, the Defendant intruded into the victim C’s residential marina, through a string that was not corrected in order to steal clothes for women’s use at the place indicated in paragraph (a) of Article 1, and stolen the Defendant’s total market value of 50,000 won for women’s panty 1 and brogate 1.

On August 12, 2016, at around 02:13, the Defendant invaded into the victim C’s residential marina, through an unrecovered gate, which was not corrected in order to steal clothes for women’s use at the place specified in paragraph (a) of Article 1, and stolen the Defendant, with a total of KRW 50,000,000 in the market price of the female panty 1 and brol 1 brogate owned by the victim.

E. On August 14, 2016, at around 00:58, the Defendant intruded into the victim C’s residential marina, through the unrecovered gate, which was not corrected in order to steal clothes for women at the place specified in paragraph (a) of Article 1, at the place specified in paragraph (1) of the same Article, and stolen the victim’s female panty market price of KRW 30,000,000.

F. On August 16, 2016, the Defendant steals clothes for women at the places indicated in paragraph (a) around 04:27.
