Basic Facts

On January 1, 2008, Plaintiff A, who was a party, was appointed to the Association of C Religious Organizations Diplomatic Organizations (hereinafter referred to as the “Defendant church”) affiliated with the Em Union of Korea on January 1, 2008, and was appointed as a delegated pastor on June 1, 2008, and was in office as the delegated pastor of the Defendant church from that time.

B is an administrative arms of the defendant church.

On February 5, 2017, the temporary meeting of the defendant church held a temporary meeting on February 5, 2017, the decision of March 12, 2017 against A, to discuss the issue of recommending resignation to Plaintiff A and to invite F to the president of the party branch by proxy.

At the time of the meeting minutes (No. 7-1) of the party meeting (No. 7-1), the stamp image of the plaintiff A's unmanned, clerk, and clerk's each seal of the plaintiff B is displayed as the chairperson of the party meeting.

On February 26, 2017, the defendant church convened a regular meeting on February 26, 2017 and decided to convene a temporary meeting on March 5, 2017, and March 12, 2017, respectively, in order to deal with the agenda that recommends the plaintiff A to be a Si Council member.

At the time, the minutes (No. 7-2) of the party meeting (No. 7-2) are only printed with the seal of the party clerk G, and the seal of the plaintiff A pastor or the minutes of the party meeting is not visible.

On March 5, 2017, which was convened by F of the Representative Party of the Political Party on March 5, 2017, at the meeting of the defendant church: (a) recommend that the plaintiff is a City Council member; (b) call up a Joint Council on March 12, 2017 pursuant to the Constitution of the religious order (Article 35(2)); and (c) call up the "Recommendation for City Council member" of the plaintiff to the agenda pursuant to the Constitution of the religious order (Article 35(2)); and (d) pass a resolution to request the suspension of the right to request the plaintiff A to the City Council member on March 12, 2017 (Article 33(3) et al.); and (d) pass a resolution to request the suspension of the right to request the head of the City Council member to the plaintiff under the Rules on the Implementation of the Religious Order (Article 33(3) et al.).

The meeting minutes (No. 9) of the political party at the time shall be F.
