Punishment of the crime

1. Except as otherwise expressly provided for in any other Act, no person who uses or manages any access medium shall borrow or lend any access medium, or store, deliver or distribute such medium;

On March 13, 2017, the Defendant received a proposal from a person under whose name the Defendant came to know through the Internet search to deliver the card, which would give 100,000 won per unit, and became a delivery book of the approaching media.

Accordingly, on April 13, 2017, the defendant collected 1 copy of F company name card (G) and F name agricultural card (H) from F from F in Geumcheon-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City around April 13, 2017, and collected 1 copy of I post office card (J) from F in an apartment building located in the Dong-dong, Dong-dong, Dong-dong, Dong-dong, and collected 1 copy of M name national card (N) and Ma name national card (O) from L located in the Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, and delivered the access media in return for the promise to pay 5 copies of the above card at the vicinity of the enterprise bank located in Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City.

2. In using and managing access media, no person who is aware that such media is used for a crime or is to be used for a crime shall borrow or lend such access media, or store, transmit or distribute such media;

On March 23, 2017, the Defendant came to know that the money he withdraws from the nameless person who became aware of through the Internet search was the gold-free money from the transfer method of passbook transfer, and that the money he withdraws from the Internet around March 2017 was the gold-free money from the transfer method.

On April 14, 2017, the Defendant is a book for delivering the card under the above paragraph (1) to withdraw the amount of damage from scaming in the vicinity of an enterprise bank located in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul, Yeongdeungpo-gu.
