A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant, from June 2013 to October 2014, at the residence of the Defendant located in Namyang-si, had her friendly mother of the victim D (the age of 10 at that time) under the influence of alcohol, such as taking the victim’s abusive language, and taking the victim’s abusive language, such as taking the victim’s her friend that her friendly mother of the victim D (the age of 10 at that time her her her son), her friends a house that causes violence, and taking the victim’s abusive language, and committing emotional abuse detrimental to the mental health and development

2. On April 201 of the same year, the Defendant committed emotional abusive acts that inflict harm on the mental health and development of the child, such as: (a) the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol, did not go out of his/her house and by threatening him/her to drive away from the house; and (b) the Defendant committed emotional abusive acts that do not cause harm to the mental health and development of the child.

3. On April 2016, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol in the above residence, took a bath against the victim D without any justifiable reason, and committed physical abuse against a child, such as assaulting the victim’s left her body by taking the victim’s clocks into the hand floor, or impairing the health and development of the body.

4. On April 2016, the Defendant, at the warehouse located adjacent to the above residence, laid off the victim D, laid down the victim D with her hand on the floor, and committed physical abuse against the victim, such as assaulting the victim’s her body by her m, with his her her mum, by using her mumbum, etc. (am in length) with his her mumbum-proof net (am in length), when her mumbum, etc., and harming physical health and development.

5. Around June 2016, the Defendant: (a) was under the influence of alcohol in the above residence, and the victim DNA was under the influence of alcohol without arranging the breath; (b) thereby doing assaulting the victim’s right-hand bucks to the left, etc.; and (c) thereby doing harm to the body, health, and development of the body.
