Defendant shall be punished by a fine of two million won.

Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. From April 25, 2017, from around 21:30 on the following day to around 08:30, the Defendant destroyed that approximately KRW 600,000 of repair cost by spreading red rackers presses on the top side of the steering line of the Da SM520 car owned by the victim C, which was parked in front of the house located in Daegu hydro-gu Suwon-gu Suwon-gu B.
2. From June 18, 2017, from around 16:00 on June 18, 2017 to around 13:10 on the following day, the Defendant damaged the victim FF-owned Gpoter Cargo Gpos, which was parked in front of the house located in Daegu hydro-gu E, Daegu, to have approximately KRW 400,000 of repair cost by spreading the red roman frame on the side of the driver’s seat of the freight vehicle in approximately 200cm.
3. From around 11:00 on August 5, 2017 to around 16:40, the Defendant damaged the victim I, parked in front of the house located in Daegu Suwon-gu H, Daegu-gu, to have approximately KRW 1,00,000 of repair cost by spreading a red roman frame on the top side of the steering line of the J T-gu passenger vehicle located in J-gu, J-gu, Seoul, about 190cm in length.
4. On August 18, 2017, the Defendant destroyed that approximately KRW 400,000 of the repair cost by spreading the red roman presses from the front side of the freight car as stated in paragraph 2 parked in front of the house located in Daegu Suwon-gu E, Daegu-gu, to the lower side of the back seat.
