Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who is engaged in food manufacturing and processing business under the trade name of “C food” in Jin-si.

2. When using groundwater, etc. which is not tap water to be observed by the business operator or processor for the manufacture, processing, etc. of drinking water or food, water quality testing institutions under the "Food Quality Control Act" shall use water recognized as fit for drinking water quality after undergoing an inspection in accordance with the water quality standards for drinking water under Article 5 of the "Food Quality Control Act" every year (six months in the case of food for drinking water, such as drinking water).
