Punishment of the crime

Defendant

A is the representative director of Defendant B (hereinafter referred to as “B”) for the purpose of manufacturing, processing, etc. food in Jeonjin-gu Seoul Metropolitan City, and Defendant B is a corporation that aims at producing food, such as two parts or implieds.

1. Defendant A

(a) A business operator who manufactures or processes unprocessed foods or food additives not related to raw materials, and his/her employees shall prepare documents on production and work records and documents on raw materials storage, delivery and use for the sanitary management of raw materials, manufacturing process, and food, etc.;

Nevertheless, during the period from September 14, 2016 to October 10, 2016, the Defendant failed to prepare documents related to the receipts and disbursements of raw materials while manufacturing two parts and two chiefs and two bureaus in the above factory B.

(b) Where any person who manufactures or processes foods using non-water quality testing or uses groundwater, etc. other than tap water for cooking, washing, etc., he/she and his/her employees shall use water recognized as fit for drinking time after undergoing an inspection by a drinking water quality testing institution under Article 43 of the Drinking Water Management Act;

Nevertheless, from March 30, 2016, the Defendant used groundwater that did not undergo water quality testing in the above B factory, drinking water quality testing institutions, etc. for cooking, washing, etc. of food.

Defendant A, a representative of Defendant B, did not prepare documents related to the Defendant’s business at the same time and place as stated in paragraph (1), as stated in paragraph (1), with respect to the Defendant’s business, and used groundwater that did not undergo water quality testing at a drinking water quality testing institution for cooking, washing, etc. food.
