A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Around May 2, 2020, the Defendant inhaled hallucinogenic substances at the entrance of a vinyl paper by spreading DNA car containing Toluene, which is a hallucinogenic substance, in a vinyl paper, at his/her own residence, within his/her own house No. C around May 2, 2020, at around 15:00, and breathing them at the entrance of a vinyl paper.

2. Around May 10, 2020, the Defendant inhaled hallucinogenic substances by sprinking DNA car, which contains hallucinogenic substances, into vinyl paper, at the above residence around May 10, 2020, and breathing them at the entrance of vinyl paper, and breatheizing them at the entrance of vinyl paper.

Nevertheless, at around 12:00 on October 19, 2020, the Defendant inhaled hallucinogenic substances by inserting one scam frame containing hallucinogenic substances into vinyl scam, at the inside of the Defendant’s residence located in the E Building F, and breathing them into the plastic scam, and breathizing them into the plastic scam in the plastic scam.
