A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant of "2019 Highest 5132" is an unqualified person.

No person shall take in or inhale any chemical substance prescribed by Presidential Decree, which causes smoking, hallucination, or anesthesia (hereinafter referred to as "hestic substance"), or possess any hallucinogenic substance for such purpose.

Nevertheless, around 08:00 on September 3, 2019, the Defendant's dwelling plan located in Dongbcheon-si B contained the PS (D-5250) which is a hazardous chemical purchased at the Obato Repair Center that is located in the same city C in the same city as the Gu's dwelling plan in the same city's dwelling plan in the same city's dwelling area as D in the luba

Accordingly, the defendant inhaled the hallucinogenic substance.

Nevertheless, at around 23:30 on January 8, 2020, the Defendant, at the Dongbcheon-si B, residential toilets, containing a chemical that may cause entertainment, hallucination, or anesthesia, put in a plastic paper of swine d-5250, containing Toluene, into a plastic paper, and inhaled cos at the entrance of the Defendant, using a method of spreading crypting the d-5250, which is a chemical that may cause entertainment, hallucination, halluation, or anesthesia.

No person of "2020 Highest 2166" shall take in or inhale any chemical substance prescribed by Presidential Decree (hereinafter referred to as "hic substances"), which causes smoking, hallucination, or anesthesia.

Nevertheless, the Defendant:

1. At around 07:50 on April 13, 2020, from the stairs adjacent to the "F" building in Dongducheon City E, a swine tag D-5250 containing hallucinogenic substances was injected for about 5 minutes by inserting them into a black vinyl paper, and then exposing them into a vinyl paper and coin in a method of hiding them into a vinyl paper;

2. On April 18, 2020, around 08:30, at the site of removal works located in Dongbcheon-si G, a swine d-5250 containing hallucinogenic substances in a black vinyl paper shall be placed in the place of removal works located in Dongbcheon-si, Dongbcheon-si, and then the entry and coin shall be placed in a plastic paper.
