1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

1. Basic facts

A. 1) The Plaintiff and the Defendant’s contract for the supply of the Contacts 1) The Plaintiff is mutually named “C” and the Plaintiff is a set consisting of knife and knife knife knife knife.

(2) From April 2016 to January 2017, the Plaintiff was supplied 22,350,000 to the Defendant’s Contacts (hereinafter “the instant Contacts”) from April 2016 to January 2017.

Article 2 subparag. 16 (a) of the Act on the Registration, Evaluation, etc. of Chemicals provides that Contacts shall be designated as products of risk concern. Pursuant to Article 34 of the aforesaid Act, designation of products of risk concern and safety and labelling standards publicly notified by the Ministry of Environment (hereinafter referred to as “public notification of the Ministry of Environment”).

(2) In the case of the contact contact, the safety standards are separately prescribed by classifying the general contact contact and confidential, eyebrow, and dysing contact with the product, and ③ the name, type, ingredients, standard quantity of use, etc. are indicated on the outer side of the product. (2) The provisions applicable to this case in the Act on the Registration, Evaluation, etc. of Chemicals and the Public Notice of the Ministry of Environment of the Act on the Registration, Evaluation, etc. of Chemicals are listed in the annexed sheet.

C. On June 21, 2017, the Korea Consumer Agency recommended the Plaintiff to suspend and recover the sale of sprinks on the ground that the Plaintiff’s sprinks, among the components of sprinks sold by the Plaintiff, discovered in human sprinks in excess of the European standard, and the sprinks found in excess of the safety standards of sprinks as provided for in the Public Notice of the Ministry of Environment, which are hazardous substances, were detected in the sprinks.
