Text
All of the applicants' main and ancillary applications are dismissed.
Purport of application
In the first place, on August 25, 2011, the revocation of the appointment of a public official by the Gambling Commission against the applicant on August 25, 2011 shall cease to have effect until this Court 201Guhap29106 rendered a judgment to nullify the revocation of the appointment of a public official. In the second place, the revocation of the appointment of a public official against the applicant on August 25, 201 by the Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism on August 25, 2011 shall suspend its effect until this Court 201Guhap291
Reasons
The applicant asserts that there is an urgent need to suspend the validity of the above disposition and prevent the applicant from any irrecoverable damage due to the disposition of the reason for the application in this case and the purport of the application.
On the other hand, the claimant's losses are not irrecoverable losses, but ② and ④ the damages of the claimant are not legally protected interests. ③ The damages of the claimant's claims are not subjective losses of the applicant, and eventually the applicant is likely to cause irrecoverable damages under Article 23 (2) of the Administrative Litigation Act, or there is no urgent need to suspend the validity of the above dispositions in order to prevent them.
Therefore, the petitioner's application of this case is without merit and so decided as per Disposition.
