1. On March 28, 2016, a disposition to revoke the designation of an exclusive travel agent in China against an applicant on March 28, 2016 shall suspend its validity until October 20, 2016.

2. The applicant's remaining requests are dismissed.

On March 28, 2016, the revocation of the designation of the exclusive travel agent in China by the respondent to the applicant on March 28, 2016 shall be suspended by the time of rendering a judgment on the claim for revocation of the revocation of the designation of the exclusive travel agent in China from the above parties.

According to the results of the examination of this case and the explanatory materials submitted by the applicant, it is recognized that there is an urgent need to prevent damage that may arise to the applicant due to the existence of the validity of the above disposition, and there is no other evidence that the suspension of validity may seriously affect public welfare.

Therefore, the petitioner's application of this case is reasonable within the scope of the above recognition, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
