1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff the amount of KRW 25,385,908 and KRW 24,431,990 among them, from September 12, 2014 to the day of full payment.

The Plaintiff entered into a credit transaction agreement with the Defendant on May 7, 2014, setting the loan amount of KRW 25 million at 36 months and at 25% per annum of overdue interest rate, and the Defendant lost profits pursuant to Article 8(1) of the said Credit Transaction Agreement due to three-time arrears of the principal and interest repaid in installments from July 1, 2014, as of September 11, 2014, and as of September 11, 2014, the Defendant’s obligation to pay the principal and interest amount of KRW 25,384,908 (= Principal amount of KRW 24,431,90 and damages for delay) is recognized.

According to the above facts, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff 25,384,908 won of the principal and interest of 24,431,990 won of the principal and interest of 25,384,90 won and damages for delay calculated by the rate of 25% per annum from September 12, 2014 to the date of full payment of the interest and damages for delay.

In regard to this, the defendant only lent the name at the time of the conclusion of the above credit transaction agreement due to the debt relationship between B and the plaintiff's employees C, and thus, it cannot respond to the plaintiff's request. However, there is no evidence to acknowledge this, the above argument

Therefore, the plaintiff's claim is reasonable, and it is decided as per Disposition by admitting it.
