1. 사문위조, 위조사문서행사 피고인은 2014. 8. 12. 위 휴대전화 판매점에서 그곳에 비치되어 있던 SKT서비스 신규계약서 2장에 ‘이름 AN, 주민등록번호 AO, 주소 광주 북구 AP＠10*-15**'라고 기재하고 AN의 서명을 한 다음 해당 계약서가 위조되었음을 알지 못하는 SKT 대리점의 직원인 성명불상자에게 마치 위 계약서가 진정하게 작성된 것처럼 전송하여 이를 행사하였다.

around August 2014, the Defendant opened a cell phone to A Q, a university line, around 2013, in order to receive additional subsidies from the radio operator by increasing the business performance while operating the cell phone sales store of the trade name “V,” “V,” “V,” in the North-gu, Gwangju.
