Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 4,500,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On April 25, 2012, the Defendant: (a) around April 25, 2012, entered “D”, “E”, “E”, and “E” in the address column in the name of the customer; (b) signed on the customer column of the application, signed on the name of “D” and forged one mobile phone subscription contract in the name of D, a private document on the rights and obligations; and (c) submitted to G as if it was a document that was duly formed with the forged mobile phone subscription contract, which was not known on that page, as above.

However, in fact, the defendant is not D but a mobile phone entrance contract is forged as above, and even if he opens a mobile phone in the name of D, he did not have the intention or ability to pay the price.

Nevertheless, the Defendant received from the victim G one cell phone in the amount of 899,800 won at the market price from the victim G.

As a result, the defendant, for the purpose of uttering, has forged a cell phone subscription contract in the name of D, which is a private document related to rights and duties, and has received property by deceiving the victim G.

2. On May 14, 2012, the Defendant: (a) stated “D”, “E”, “E”, “E”, “E”, “E”, and “D” in the Nam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government F apartment OOOOOO head in the address column; and (b) forged two copies of the mobile phone subscription contract in the name of D, a private document on the rights and obligations of the applicant; (c) written on the name and duties of the applicant, and submitted to the above G as if the document was duly formed, regardless of the fact of forgery, the Defendant forged two copies of the mobile phone subscription contract in the name of D, a private document on the rights and obligations of the applicant; and (d) submitted the forged mobile phone subscription contract to the said G as if the document was duly formed.

However, the defendant is not D, but mobile phone.
