Punishment of the crime

Defendant is not a narcotics handler.

1. Sale and purchase of phiphones;

A. On September 5, 2014, the Defendant purchased approximately KRW 0.4g of Mesopha, a psychotropic drug, at the bottom of the city of Busan, using approximately KRW 1.50,000 to C, a Mesopha, a psychotropic drug, at the bottom of the city of Busan, and purchased approximately KRW 0.4g to C.

B. Around September 6, 2014, the Defendant: (a) opened up KRW 200,000 from F and sold 0.4 g opphones in front of the “E” telephones located in G, Kim Jong-si; and (b) sold 0.4 g opphones.

C. On June 10, 2015, the Defendant purchased approximately KRW 400,000 from “H Hospital” located in the YY G in Busan, Seo-gu, and purchased approximately 2 grams of chophonephones.

On June 11, 2015, the Defendant: (a) received KRW 500,00 from F, and sold approximately two grams of phiphonephones in front of the J Kim Jong-si I.

E. On August 2015, the Defendant purchased approximately KRW 700,000 from the “H Hospital” located in the Singu of Busan, Seo-gu G, and purchased approximately 4.89g of the fluoron, c.

2. Medication of phiphones.

A. Around August 8, 2015, the Defendant administered approximately 0.03g opon on a passenger car of the Defendant parked in the front of the “L University” located in the Seo-gu Busan District, Busan, in a caton to a coffee.

B. Around August 17, 2015, the Defendant administered approximately 0.03 grams from the Defendant’s car parked in the front of the “L University” located in the L University in the Busan Seo-gu, Busan, in a way of turning about about 0.03 grams to the coffee.

3. On August 24, 2015, around 17:04, the Defendant possessed approximately 4.89g of philopon on the Defendant’s home page, which contained approximately 4.89g of philopon in plastic bags.
