A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a maximum term of one year and short term of ten months.

Reasons

Punishment of the crime

1. Around July 29, 2015, the Defendant conspireded to steal money and valuables by intrusioning into an empty house on or around July 29, 2015. Around FMW car driven by C, the Defendant was on board the FMW car driven by C and returned to the Gu and U.S. C, and the Defendant was able to commit the crime.
