Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On November 11, 2011, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of one year for habitual fraud in the Chungcheong District Court’s Chungcheong Branch, and on November 19, 201, the said judgment became final and conclusive on November 19, 201, but the said suspended sentence was revoked on February 28, 2012, and the execution of the said sentence was terminated at the Kimcheon Juvenile Reformatory on January 3, 2013.
