When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is the owner of a passenger in the B, Lebaland.

No one shall cover a registration number plate of a motor vehicle or make it illegible, and even if such a motor vehicle is not operated, the defendant parked the motor vehicle on the street around 11:40 October 16, 2016 in the front of Gwanak-gu in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, and then put the front license plate of the motor vehicle using a paper A4 to avoid the crackdown on illegal parking car.

Accordingly, the defendant intentionally made it difficult to identify a car registration number plate.
