The Defendant is the driver of Grand Star Co., Ltd.

No one shall cover a registration number plate or make it illegible, and shall operate such a motor vehicle.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, around August 5, 2017, posted a white tape on the back of the vehicle’s back number plate “D” in order to avoid the transit of spirits in front of Guro-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and affixed the same month.

8. Around 08:33, the foregoing motor vehicle was operated to the front road of Yangcheon-gu Seoul, 9-No. 37, a shower in the bank.

Accordingly, the defendant intentionally made it difficult to identify a car registration number plate.
