Punishment of the crime

On October 12, 2019, at around 20:15, the Defendant driven a f-hurturged car with a blood alcohol concentration of about 0.139% in a 100-meter radius from the front of the E-high school located in the Geum-gu, Busan, under the influence of alcohol level of about 100 meters in front of the E-high school located in the same Gu.
