Defendant shall be punished by a fine of one million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On November 4, 2013, at around 00:50, the Defendant driven B car under the influence of alcohol content of about 0.08% in the section of approximately 1.5 K m of blood alcohol in the front of the 1.5 K knife-dong, Busan District District, Busan District, and the front of the 1.5 Knife-dong, Sinife-dong.
