If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On February 2, 2013, at around 03:40, the Defendant driven a B-to-purd vehicle with a blood alcohol content of 0.238% under the influence of alcohol from approximately 8km section in the 8km-dong, Nam-gu, Incheon, Nam-gu to the road of 68-11.
