A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Punishment of the crime

1. On March 19, 2015, the Defendant committed an act in violation of the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (collectively, deadly weapons, etc.) with the victim F (the age of 49) who was a customer by drinking alcohol and drinking alcohol to his/her customers (the age of 49) around 03:00 on March 19, 2015, following the Defendant’s abusive behavior: (a) frighting the victim, such as “masting men and women who are not well in charge of housework or drinking alcohol”; and (b) frighting “mast joints of drinking water”; and (c) frighting the victim with the cat of metal, which is a dangerous object after cutting the glass cup, and (d) doing so to the victim.”

Accordingly, the defendant carried dangerous objects and threatened the victim.

2. Injury;

A. The Defendant, at the time and place indicated in Paragraph 1, threatened the victim F, and breathed the victim’s breath with breath as above, dumped the victim’s breath with breath, and dumped the victim’s breath, and dumpeded the victim’s breath, thereby causing an injury to the victim, such as an open bale for about two weeks of treatment.

B. The Defendant, at the time, at the time, at the time, and place specified in the above paragraph (a), was assaulted by F as seen above, and was able to see from the victim D (the age of 50), who is the owner of the business, thereby causing bodily injury to the victim, such as dynasium and tensions, which require approximately two weeks of treatment, by sounding that “a prison is living,” and “we can see that the victim’s dynasium was living.”

3. The Defendant interfered with the business, at the time and place set forth in Paragraph 1 as seen above, caused the disturbance over about 30 minutes, such as threatening the F, shouldering the wire and World Cup, and causing injury to F and the victim D, thereby obstructing the victim’s main business by force.
