A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for not more than six months and by a fine not exceeding five hundred thousand won.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine.

Punishment of the crime

1. On March 14, 2020, at around 20:45, the injured Defendant drinking alcohol in the “D” entertainment drinking club operated by the victim C located in Pyeongtaek-si B, but the victim took a bath to the victim by returning himself/herself from the house that he/she had already taken. He/she saw it as “I am hys, hys hys hys hys hys hys hys hys hys hys hys hys hys hys hys hys hys hys, hys hys the victim’s left side hys hys hys hys hys hys hys, etc.

2. The Defendant interfered with the business of the victim C at the same time and place as set forth in paragraph 1, and at the same time and place, the Defendant expressed the victim C with a large voice of about 30 minutes, namely, “satisfing the entire age of the victim, disregarding the entire age of the victim,” and assaulted the victim, and interfered with the victim’s main business by force, such as taking the police officer dispatched upon receipt of the report.

3. In a case where the victim F, a police officer belonging to the Pyeongtaek-gu Police Station E District Unit, dispatched after having received a report on 112 at the same time and place as paragraph (1), recommended the victim to return home, the Defendant made a public insult of the victim by openly exposing the victim through a large voice, such as “freshing the flag, singing the flag,” and “ging the flag.

5. On March 14, 2020, the Defendant: (a) was under the influence of alcohol in the “E District” located in Pyeongtaek-si G on March 14, 2020; and (b) was under the influence of alcohol in the public prosecution for about one hour, such as taking a fluence that he was under the influence of police officers in the “E District; (c) he was under the influence of alcohol; and (d) the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol in the public prosecution for about 1 hour, such as taking a fluent fested flussscence, and she was under the influence of drinking; and (d) on March 23:20, 2020, the Defendant continued to undergo an investigation into the Pyeongtaek-gu Police Station located in Pyeongtaek-si Police Station and the detention room “fluscing, dead, fluscing,” with a large voice of police officers facing the police officers on the flusium.
