A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

"2016 Highest 2125"

1. The Defendant in violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents is a person who is engaged in driving of B Poter freight vehicles.

On May 14, 2016, the Defendant driven the above cargo vehicle around 23:21 on May 14, 2016, and led the road of four lanes prior to the order of Switzerland apartment in Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu, to the order of Switzerland apartment from the beneficial school to the order of the order of Switzerland apartment.

On May 14, 2016, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (drinking) driving the B Pottering Vehicle from the Busan Kambro in the state of alcohol concentration of 0.112% under the influence of alcohol during blood at around 23:21 on May 14, 2016 to the front of the Switzerland apartment in the same Gu-type street from the Busan Kambro parking lot to the Switzerland apartment in the same Gu-type street.
