A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On January 18, 2015, from around 01:45 to around 02:18 the same day, the Defendant obstructed the victim’s main business by force by avoiding disturbance, such as fighting with his/her friendship, and noise to the customers who intend to use the toilet, thereby obstructing the victim’s main business by force.

2.
