Punishment of the crime

On June 15, 2016, the defendant was sentenced to two years of suspension of imprisonment with prison labor for larceny, etc. in the Suwon District Court's Sungnam branch on June 15, 2016, and the judgment became final and conclusive on the 23th of the same month, and

A. On July 23, 2016, around 13:50 on July 23, 2016, the Defendant discarded the collection of plastic cups in the “E” restaurant managed by the victim D in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, with no justifiable reason, at the street equivalent to KRW 10,00 of the market price managed by the victim.

B. On July 24, 2016, at around 02:20, the Defendant attempted to steal the victim’s 2L, which was covered by the victim I, in front of the “J” operated by the victim I in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, with a tent cover, and attempted to cut off the total of 67,200 won of the market value of the victim’s 2L, which was covered by the said tent cover. On July 25, 2016, at around 06:15, the Defendant discovered one bicycle at the market price of the victim L, which was equipped with locking devices on the front side of K in Gangnam-gu Seoul, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, and dismantled a locking device by cutting a V of the pole, and then steals a bicycle with a bicycle.
