1. All of the plaintiffs' claims are dismissed.
2. The costs of lawsuit are assessed against the plaintiffs.
Reasons
1. Facts of recognition;
A. On September 1970, G purchased land of Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government H Miscellaneous and I Miscellaneous (hereinafter “Seoul Yeongdeungpo-gu”) and acquired its ownership.
B. The details of the above division and disposal of J-dong land are as follows.
1) On February 1, 1971, E and K were divided into “E” and “E” on the I land.
B) As the land category of I land was changed to “site” on February 15, 1973, the land category of L, M, N-3 was divided into three lots of land. On the same day, as the land category of K land was changed to “site”, the land category of K was divided into “O and P-2 lots of land” on March 15, 1973, and Q land was divided into “O and P-2 lots of land.” On May 6, 1975, K land was sold to R, and the same year.
8. 22. The land adjacent to the above land was combined, and the land was divided into the above land on October 22 of the same year.

C) On June 5, 1972, on February 12, 1979, the land category of the F land was changed to “road” on November 1, 1971, the land category of H land was changed to “road” on the same day.
C) On May 14, 1974, the AC land was sold to AD on February 15, 1973, as the land category of AB land was changed to a site.
E) On December 26, 1978, AB land was sold to AE. (c) 231 square meters in E miscellaneous land and 40 square meters in F-road (attached Form No. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 17, and 1 in order to connect each point of the said E-land, the portion of which is located within the scope of the corporation located within the scope of the ship and the said F-land and the said land were sold to AE.
