1. Basic facts

A. The land assessment and division relation (1) is indicated as follows: (a) the land assessment and division relation is (i) the land assessment and the network D, which is the evidence of Defendant B, in the former land cadastre, was examined as of March 12, 1918; and (b) part of the above AS forest is reclaimed and completed on March 8, 1924.

The land category was changed on May 30, 1929, which was divided into AT Forest and AU and Y, and the registration conversion was made on May 30, 1929. ② On June 10, 1970 from the above AU, the land category was changed on the same day. ③ From the above BY to September 10, 1960, the land classification was divided into 202 square meters before the Z, and the land classification was changed on the same day as AC was divided into 17 square meters before June 10, 1970. ④ The said AS Forest was divided into AS Forest and AK Forest and the said AK Forest were divided on May 30, 1929, ⑤ The forest was divided into AAV forest and forest and the said AK was divided into 1,640 square meters on September 10, 1960, and the said AD was divided into AD and the said AD was divided into the same day on the same day.

(2) Before W, 1,336 square meters and X-71 square meters prior to the Yannam-gun, are written on June 8, 1915 in the Gu’s land cadastre as being subject to each assessment on the same day.

The land classification was changed to a road on the same day on the same day as the AM forest was divided from the above AK forest.

(5) The former, South, North, AY Forest was included in the Gu forest register in the future of the State, and the network D completed the ownership transfer registration from the State on June 24, 1932. The above AY forest was divided into AZ, BA, and B B forest on September 4, 1978, and the above B B forest was divided into AO forest on June 18, 191, and the land category was changed to the road on the same day.

(6) Meanwhile, the above AZ forest divided on September 4, 1978 from the above AY forest was subject to registration conversion BC on the same day, and the above BC.
