A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is not a person handling narcotics, who resides in Korea or who is a person of nationality.

1. On July 6, 2019, the Defendant was accommodated in, and worked in, the factory located in B in the Gwangju metropolitan city on July 6, 2019. At around 13:30 of the same day, the Defendant extracted 2 marijuana from the said factory, and transported 2 marijuana in a manner that, around 13:30 of the same day, the root portion was cut into vinyl, and loaded the Defendant’s animal in, and the said marijuana into, the EK3 car located in, the inner part, and moves the Defendant’s female animal in, F apartment G in, the Gwangju metropolitan mine, the 14:10 on the same day, while transporting the said animals and two marijuana to the above residence of the H room I in, Gwangju metropolitan-gu.

2. On the day between July 8, 2019 and July 10, 2019, the Defendant collected about 4g the total amount of marijuana by removing the leaves of the above 2 share of marijuana and the part of the fireworks wing, etc. from the residence of the H heading I of the Gwangju Mine-gu, and built the said recovered marijuana from around 19:00 of the same month to around 19:00 of the same year.

8. From 19:00 on December 12. 19:4 to 5, about four occasions the tobacco leaves of tobacco have been adhered to, and then put in, a non-fluored fluoral marijuana leafs in hand, and then fluoring marijuana smoke generated by attaching the fluor with the fluor’s fluor; and

8. 13. Around 19:00, at the same place, smoked marijuana of approximately 2.05g, in total, on five occasions in the same manner at the same time.

3. On August 14, 2019, at around 17:30, the Defendant possessed marijuana for smoking by inserting approximately 1.95 g of marijuana remaining after being collected and built as prescribed in paragraph (2) in the Defendant’s residence in the Gwangju Mining District, as well as paragraph (2).
