Punishment of the crime

around September 2012, the Defendants: (a) decided to operate a non-trade-free marine game site from F at Silung-si; (b) Defendant A invested money and purchased a game machine to operate the game room; and (c) Defendant B conspiredd to operate the illegal game room by sharing their roles, such as having customers go to the game room using a vehicle.

Nevertheless, the Defendants conspired to set up 40 points in the marine open game at the above date, time, and place, and provided 10,000 points to unspecified customers, and provided 10,000 points to the game, and provided 50,000 points to the game, if “the first”, which is a specific object in the game, appears, and provided 10,000 points or 200 points if “the first” appears, and then exchanged the game as a business by exchanging 10,000 won per 10,000 points when the game ends.
