A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
At around 15:30 on August 19, 2013, the Defendant, under the influence of alcohol, engaged in scambling, such as drinking together in Dpenta-gun, Jeonbuk-gun, and drinking alcohol on the penta-gun, and drinking away from E, who was on the penta-gun, and without any justifiable reason, was informed by the victim F (the age of 26) of E, who was on the fright of the above E, that “I will come to know,” and scamed into the face of the victim F (the age of 26) so that the Defendant scamed into the victim F, and scamed into the face of the victim F.
