A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for three years.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for four years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who operates a store at the entrance of the “E hospital” located in Gyeonggi-si, the Government of the Republic of Korea of Gyeonggi-do.

1. On April 29, 2016, the Defendant attempted to commit murder, around 16:15, the Defendant assaulted the Victim C at the Lane of the instant E Hospital, and attempted to brush the Victim’s neck on the part of the Victim, with a deadly weapon (20cm in total, 10cm in length, 10cm in length), which is a deadly weapon (10cm in length) operated by the Victim, at the store operated by the Defendant, and attempted to brue the Victim’s neck by putting the Victim’s neck by crushing it over to the Defendant’s knife and booming the Victim’s neck.
