A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant is not a narcotics handler.

1. On December 201, 201, the Defendant received, from D’s Erax car parked near the Southern-gu Incheon Metropolitan City C Center, the Defendant received approximately three grams of smoking (three grams) from D, and from D, the Defendant received it.

2. On December 201, 201, the Defendant: (a) around 20:00, around D’s Eraxed in the vicinity of the Southern-gu Incheon Metropolitan City C Center; (b) attached D, F, and the Defendant’s smoking of marijuana tobacco produced by D with a string with a stringter.

3. On December 201, 201, at around 21:00, the Defendant created marijuana tobacco at approximately 0.5g, among approximately 3 grams of marijuana delivered from D as above, and smoked by attaching it as a buter.

4. On January 201, 2012, the Defendant smoked approximately 0.5 grams of the three grams of the said hemps in the same place as above at the beginning of 21:00, supra, and around 0.5 grams.

5. On February 2, 2012, the Defendant smoked approximately 0.5g of the three grams of the said hemps in the same place as above, around 22:00, mid- to 22:00.

6. On February 2, 2012, the Defendant smoked approximately 0.5g of the three grams of the said hemps in the same place as above, around 22:00, mid- to 22:00.

7. On March 2012, around 22:00, the Defendant smoked approximately 0.5 grams of the said 3 grams in the same place as the above 3 grams.

8. Around 22:00 on June 21, 201, the Defendant smoked approximately 0.5g of the three grams of the said hemp in the same manner as above, at the same place as above (3) around 22:00.

9. At around 10:00 on February 6, 2012, the Defendant administered the Defendant’s drug by having D injection approximately 0.05g of Mepta (one philopon; hereinafter “philopon”) which is a psychotropic drug dilution with bio-water at the domicile of H located in Incheon Strengthening-gun, Incheon, by using a single-use injection device.
