A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant is not a narcotics handler.

1. Around 20:00 on April 9, 2014, the Defendant purchased approximately 4g of marijuana from an influencer on the street in front of the exit 4:00,000 won, and around 10:0,000 on the following day, around 0:0, around 02:00, at the Defendant’s residence (Seoul Northern-gu D Adong 202), mix approximately 0.5g of marijuana, and smoked.

2. On April 2014, the Defendant smoked about 0.5 grams of marijuana in the aforementioned manner, around 21:00, around A, Dong A202.

3. At around 21:00 on April 201, the Defendant smoked approximately 0.5 grams of the said hemp in the above manner within the said A-dong 202.

4. On April 201, 2014, the Defendant smoked approximately 0.5 grams of the said hemp in the said manner within the said A-dong 202, around 21:00.

5. On April 201, 2014, the Defendant smoked approximately 0.5 grams of the said hemp in the said manner within the said A-dong 202, around 21:00.

6. On May 2014, the Defendant smoked approximately 0.5g of the hemp plant in the above-mentioned manner within the scope of No. A, A, Dong 202.

7. At around 21:00 on May 201, the Defendant smoked approximately 0.5g of the hemp in the above manner within the above A-dong 202.

8. At around 24.22:00 on May 24, 2014, the Defendant smoked approximately 0.5 grams of the said hemp in the said manner within the said Adong 202.
