A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete a sexual assault treatment program for 80 hours.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around August 21, 2019, the Defendant violated the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (including entry of places in public use for sexual purpose) into a female toilet, which is a place for public use by many unspecified people, for the purpose of shooting the body of women who have reported urines to the toilet B No. 6 of Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Nowon-gu, Nowon-gu, in order to take the body of women who were in public use, including entering the toilet gate from March 1, 2019 to August 5, 2019, etc., including entry into the above toilet 6 of a total of 10 times from March 2019 to August 1, 2019.

2. From August 5, 2019 to August 5, 2019, at around 21:46, the Defendant taken the body of the victims, who might have caused sexual humiliations or humiliations in female toilets, as shown in the attached Table 2, from March 1, 2019 to August 5, 2019, by photographing the images of the victim D (one’s name, half, 34 years of age), who are viewed as melting a change in the side partitions using mobile phone camera functions, using mobile phone camera functions, and by photographing the victims’ body, who might have caused sexual humiliations or humiliations in female toilets, from March 2, 2019 to August 5, 2019.
