A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

1,200,000 won shall be additionally collected from the defendant.

The additional collection charge shall be equivalent to the above additional collection charge.

Punishment of the crime

Despite the fact that the Defendant is not a person handling narcotics, the Defendant dealt with the psychotropic drugs-related Mesofts (one philophone, hereinafter “philophones”) as follows:

1. On June 23, 2018, the Defendant attempted to sell or purchase phiphones, around 22:15, 2018, to the E Bank account (Account Number: G) in the name of the E Bank C designated by the seller of philopon (B) at the E Bank E Bank C (B), E Bank C (C), the Defendant attempted to purchase 0.5 g of philopon from a place in Seoul and below, but failed to find it.

Accordingly, the defendant tried to trade philophones, but attempted to do so.

2. On July 12, 2018, the Defendant attempted to sell or purchase phiphones, around 01:50 on July 12, 2018, to the E-bank account in the name of the above F, designated by the person who was unable to receive the above name, at the E-bank AL Comprehensive Financial Center located in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, remitted 400,000 won to the E-bank account in the name of the above F, and around that time, the Defendant attempted to purchase phiphones by finding approximately 0.5 g of phiphones concealed in advance by the person who was unable to receive the above name at a location below Seoul.

Accordingly, the defendant tried to trade philophones, but attempted to do so.

3. On July 20, 2018, the Defendant attempted to sell or purchase phiphones, around 14:11, 2018, to the E-bank account in the name of the above F, which was designated by the above recipient of the above name failure at the E-bank E-bank E-Stan point located in Ma Sungsung-si, and transferred 400,000 won to the E-S Bank account in the name of the above F. Around that time, the Defendant attempted to purchase phiphones by finding approximately 0.5 g of phiphones concealed in advance by the person who was above the above name failure in Seoul at a place below Seoul, but did not find it.

Accordingly, the defendant tried to trade philophones, but attempted to do so.
