Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendants’ co-principal

A. At around 21:30 on February 14, 2013, the Defendants: (a) provided meals at the “F” restaurant operated by the victim E (n, 52 years of age) in south-gu, Nam-gu; (b) Defendant A: (c) carried the victim in good hand; and (d) Defendant B put the arms in order to prevent the victim from occurring; (c) Defendant A ran the knife in the kitchen while driving the knife on the part of the victim; and (d) Defendant A put the knife on the part of the State room to the victim; and (d) got off the knife of money in cash and the 400,000 won at the market price.

Accordingly, the Defendants jointly taken the victim's property by force.

B. Around January 31, 2013, the Defendants committed the crime of larceny (1) around 23:00 on January 31, 2013, discovered that: (a) the victim I under the influence of alcohol was fluorous and hicking; (b) the victim was approaching the victim; (c) the Defendant reported the network in the side; and (d) the Defendant B brought fluoring a bank equivalent to KRW 50,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 won; and (d) on February 24, 2013, the Defendants jointly stolen the victim’s property; and (d) the Defendants committed the crime of approximately KRW 100,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000.

As a result, the defendants stolen the property of the victim's possession together.

3 around February 26, 2013, the Defendants committed the crime at around February 26, 2013, at the O convenience store operated by the victim N in the north-gu Ma on February 26, 2013, around 05:21, the market price of which is 28,000 won, for employees P, at the 1strud tobacco equivalent to the market price of 28,000 won, and 1strud tobacco equivalent to 28,000 won.
